How many factions are there?

Okay, come up with creatures for the Storm Elves, levels 1, 2, 3, and 6. Level 4: Pegasus, Silver Pegasus, Pegasus-Unicorn. Level 5: Sniper, Silat Sniper, Storm Sniper. Level 7: Storm Dragon, Lightning Dragon, Electric Dragon. For level 3, I was thinking of a Druid Philosopher, meaning an elf.
