Besides the backup dates, also include the possibility of a full refund of the prepayment. Anything can happen, it's better to have an extra guarantee.

We can try, but it's unlikely they'll agree to it; what's the point for them then? To keep a base available for us and then return the full prepayment? Postponing it back and forth, I've already discussed this, although it doesn't hurt to ask... I'll try.
