Are all those who "don't know how" ready for a price increase? A water-based location is seasonal. For many, including myself, the summer months are for vacations with family, flying somewhere to the sea. This year, I don't have much hope for foreigners, except perhaps for the "near abroad." Next year, I would gladly fly to Moldova.
