Chisinau in May carries too high a risk of postponement due to COVID. Therefore, Chisinau will immediately be scheduled for July 31 - August 7 (possibly even until August 8, depending on the expected number of participants), just like Moscow (Moscow could potentially accommodate a 64-player tournament if we can find a reasonable price). In 2018, we were lucky with the weather in Chisinau during the May holidays; usually, it's cooler in May.

I think there are several potential drawbacks to planning a Heroes community event abroad due to SARS-CoV-2:
- Official data on infection rates in Europe and their trends suggest that at least medical certification may be required for entry, or at most, a ban on entry for foreigners in the future;
- To re-enter Russia, you will also have to undergo testing, which entails unnecessary expenses, and possibly even self-isolation for a certain period.
We should also not forget about possible political risks. It is no secret that if pro-Romanian/pro-European forces come to power (which is quite likely now), citizens of the Russian Federation will not be welcomed with open arms in Moldova.
Even in 2018, when entering Moldova, customs officials took our passports and questioned us: where are you going and for what purpose...
So, Moldova is a wonderful and interesting country, but I don't want to risk a holiday called the CIS and possibly lose money on air tickets.
