In my opinion, the idea itself is not very good. You train a strong warrior or archer, and then some woman simply subdues you, and that's it. Very interesting.
The problem isn't in the subjugation, which exists in many systems and isn't available only to Kirishim (and is also very useful when characters have it), but in the irreversible change in the character's personality. Subjugation itself isn't worse than some invisible assassins with instant kills (a concept that is no less controversial than Kirishim, by the way), and perhaps even better. At least, it sometimes wears off with the death of the controlling NPC.
But if we create subjugators, we'll probably get our asses kicked and be defeated in one turn.
So, I would prefer to simply have a variety of damage types (physical/magical) rather than some kind of mental attacks and the like.
