There was a reason to panic. And believe me, if I were a Mafia member, my Mafia team and I would have come up with other answers to the poll. x)

The Town player definitely has at least one role left, and even if we assume Charlie swapped items, I still don't see any combination that would only result in negative outcomes. What's the point of a Town player panicking?
