I mean where the face is made from scratch and doesn't use original modified models and textures. There might be, to be honest, I was quite happy with the character's face from Skyrim and I didn't look for mods to improve this aspect of the game. So, there might be one. Theoretically, you can contact the authors or see what they wrote regarding permission to use it.
