I generally believe that harboring grudges is pointless and self-destructive, but if you have specific grievances against someone, it's better to address them and resolve them right then and there. Otherwise, it's unclear why you would dredge up the past, whether it's from three or even ten years ago, after a game in which you didn't even participate.
