And there's another possibility: on that night, both a Reaper and a Knight shot at Locken. The fact that the kill was ultimately attributed to the Reaper suggests that either he was under some kind of effect, or that the Reaper killed first, and the Knight arrived after he was already dead. The Reaper wouldn't have killed a Doppelganger outright, so if it was the Knight who was blocked, it means that the Mafia had already shot at Locken earlier. There were attacks on Father on Vish in the first night, and on the Mentalist by the Reaper in the third. So, it could only have been in the second night, by the Reaper or the Monster.
