That's exactly it. That's how you kill the Wyvern King.
You can't kill the Wyvern King and still manage to buy the growth boost on day 131; this has been tested. As already mentioned, if you fail to kill RegLightning on day 131, it immediately results in a loss of growth and a poor time advantage. Moreover, even if you could manage it, it would still be disadvantageous, again due to the time difference. There are two ways to reach the Wyvern King: lure him out by standing at the gate – in this case, you need to skip a turn while waiting for him with a reduced army (why do this when you can capture the nearest tower with RegLightning, it's unclear), or visit the green tent and go kill him that way, but this is an even greater loss of movement points because you have to return to the same tower with RegLightning. In the case of killing RegLightning on day 131, we don't need all these extra steps because we immediately go to fight the Wyvern King without any half-measures – we kill him and capture his Fortress. If we play the way most players do, we end up at a disadvantage. I think I've explained it clearly enough. LordL
The benefit here is questionable.
The benefit is obvious – we get the city portal faster, and we gain a time advantage long before the battle with RegLightning. Or should I and others play the way the player in the link or other players do, ignoring the real result?
