I've changed it to simply "not redirected by the killer" because their non-damaging actions occur before the blocks, and the ultimates can work on them.

What does it do with the ultimates of the first love and the clone?
They are in the list after healing.
If the target performs several non-damaging actions, which one does the doctor transfer?

Nothing, both will go through normally after healing.
The first non-damaging action in the list, if there are two identical ones, then it's random. We probably need to add this somewhere in the rules, as there's already a question on this topic.

If the kill is interrupted due to healing, can the killer go after the doctor?

No, otherwise it would be too overpowered.
