RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

Will the old creatures remain? The ones that are in the NCF file.

The mod is being made for the vanilla Heroes, so it's impossible to keep both the old and new creatures, but if it turns out to be possible to make the mod compatible with NCF, then there won't be any problems.
