Updated “morale” system on the forum (likes/dislikes).

Please bring back comments in the database. It was very convenient.

Two checkboxes have been added to the profile settings, which will help solve all the problems with comments on the database.



Statistics for 2020.

Total morale increases/decreases: 6295 times.

Of these:
- 13% (831) morale changes with a comment
- 87% (5464) morale changes without comments

Therefore, the function aims to be optional.

I have a suggestion:
It could be possible to make a "silent" morale increase when clicking the bird icon once.
Upon a second click, the old mini-form with a comment would load.
This way, the simplicity and speed of the new interface would be combined with the functionality that many (including myself) actively used.

But for now, let's stick to the profile settings, which allow you to enable the old button, since the functionality of the old form remains.
