So far, the only useful change is the ability to set the image size without manually entering the code.

Another improvement is the ability to embed a YouTube video without using a "valid embed code generator." It would be nice to add an explanation to it (if anything, you need to paste only the alphanumeric code of the video, which comes after the "=" sign).
And, to be fair, on mobile, you no longer have to scroll the page horizontally.
