It's a classic target swap. If, for example, the target of the Serial Killer is swapped, only the first Night Action in the list is changed. If the target of the winner of the previous game in the board game is swapped, and they perform two identical Night Actions, then one of the two is chosen randomly.
If Night Actions are applied to players A, B, and C, and B wins, then on the next night, they receive the 2nd Night Action, and player A goes to the target that C was going to; accordingly, C goes to the target that A was going to. Is that correct?
