Quests are not being completed.

I've already found and studied the manual; it clearly states that you need to set the artifact ID in the parameters. It's not complicated at all. But it still doesn't work. I'm starting to think the editor is buggy. I set a simple task: build the Grail, I built it, the task is completed, I set experience as a reward, but no experience was added. I set resources as a reward, and voila, here are the resources! I honestly haven't encountered such a hassle before.
