That feeling when you explain something to a person and break it down step by step, and they say, "I'm not really trying to understand."
But when you tell them, "Oh, it's the developers who are making things difficult for us," they say, "I understand."

I didn't ask for a detailed explanation; I just wanted to know what was causing the difficulties.
