Quests are not being completed.

I'm new to this, could you please enlighten me? I'm creating a quest to obtain an artifact or kill creatures, and they seem to be registered, but I can't complete it. I'm not very good with scripts. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? I followed the manual, and it seems like everything is correct.
