In the StartScene, enter the correct path to the video file (/Maps/SingleMissions/.../VideoFileName) and press Enter. If the video file doesn't appear in the file system tree after these operations, there's nothing more you can do. Basically, after each map packaging (closing), the editor only remembers the last file, whether it's a video or a new shared file.
