P.s. Why do we need the Tear of Ashi if it can't be placed in an Elven city?

In earlier versions, everything worked, but apparently some script is now preventing the Tear of Ashi from being placed. From your walkthrough, I understood that it isn't really needed, so I replaced it with another, more useful artifact. A link to the new version of the map is available!
