Regarding the generation of weeks and monsters, this rule is actually prohibited in tournaments, including online ones, and is completely disabled in HD+.

But tournaments are held according to the rules of classic SOD without "+", so generating a week and a month of monsters is quite acceptable. Usually, there are restrictions on the week/month in tournaments for collecting creatures so that all participants don't have to do the same thing.

I highly doubt that a tournament with the prefix "mini" can be held on this map. :D
It would be more suitable for some kind of super-tournament, but no one has held those for a long time.
