Map search.

Hello everyone, I have a dilemma. My friends and I want to play Heroes and battle like brave warriors, but we're too lazy to grind. Can anyone suggest a map that allows for instant experience gain and lets you level up your hero at will? Ideally, it would have a mentor, a selection of armies, artifacts, and spells. I would be very grateful for any help; I've been searching all evening and haven't found anything like it.
