“MOZOVSKY – I”

On June 19, we started a Dwarf vs. Demon game on летосе.
On the first day of the game, the opponent's game crashed, and it was counted as a rest. Later, we managed to continue the game after the rest on June 28 on 2 generated maps. The rest was already on my side, and we started playing. We played for 3 and 6 slots, and we played for several weeks (the 2nd week turned out to be the week of танs). The game was going great for me.
We decided to continue later.
Then, from June 28 to August 13, we still didn't continue. There were many attempts to agree from my side, as well as several times from his side.
In the end, it turned out that the opponent gave up on the tournament and would not play. Then he still started with other participants. There was an agreement to start a new game on August 13 on a full random setting, but the opponent did not show up at the agreed time. It was suggested to play that day in the evening, but the opponent also refused. I believe that further attempts to agree are impractical.
I ask the judges to make a decision on this matter.
