Applications will be accepted until November 20, 2007, and the winner will be announced on November 30, 2007!
Question for the organizers: perhaps it would be better to specify that MAPS will be accepted until...?
And also: are those 10 days (from the 20th to the 30th of November) specifically allocated for checking the submitted maps? I.e., can I send in a map on the 19th?
Of course, it's logical that the earlier, the better, but the question remains.
