Heroes V и Windows 10

I also encountered problems playing Heroes 5 on Windows 10 (jerky animation of trees, circles under the hero, water, etc.).
The following helped: game shortcut -> Properties -> Compatibility tab -> check the box next to "Disable fullscreen optimizations".
This method also solves the problem with the black screen when launching Heroes 6.
