UVH – Unique Visual Representation of all Heroes of all Factions.

I downloaded a mod to change the appearance of Laslo and Iris, but everything looks messed up. I tried installing it in different ways (downloaded from 3 sources), but it always looks like this:

Please advise on how to fix this, if possible.
Otherwise, I'll just have to give up on it, but I'd really like to avoid that.
