Is this a bug or a little-known feature of M-templates? In skirmish mode, fresh mode 6.0, Dimmer cannot cast Meteor:

and fresh mode doesn't cancel it.

- The heroes Solmyr, Dimmer, and Aislinn can only use their signature spell against opposing heroes in the following cases:
a) if the player has built a Guild of Mages level 4 in one of the cities or captured a city with a built Guild of Mages level 4. If you do not have the corresponding level of Guild of Mages in your castles, you must fully build all levels of Guild of Mages in any two castles that you own.
It is not necessary for the hero to visit these castles. It does not matter whether the castles with the built levels of Guild of Mages will be controlled later.
b) if the corresponding spell is obtained by any of your heroes in the Pandora's Box (even if this hero does not have enough wisdom skill to learn this spell);
c) if a Magic Book of the required element is found.
