Extracting resources from Heroes 3.

Try searching on HW (Heroes World), there was a thread about it around 10 years ago. I think they already extracted everything possible.

I need it for my purposes. There's also a clear algorithm on how to do it.

They suggested, for example, https://www.spriters-resource.com/pc_computer/heroes3. And I saw it back in 2014. But it doesn't suit my needs because the spacing is uneven. That's why I created http://hexagonapp.appspot.com/ with units from the second game (although I initially wanted the third). I suspect that what they extracted might also not be suitable.

And also: where can I find the unit icons? I've been looking and haven't found anything (see the picture).
