Okay. Although I've mentioned this here and there, I'll summarize it for clarity.

He won't sacrifice the poor or do anything for free; he won't give in to guilt trips from the disadvantaged. He will treat servants and slaves as servants and slaves. Completely neutral. Is that okay? There will be a quest soon if needed, but you might not understand it without explanations.
Everything else about the company is OUR COLLECTIVE role-playing. In this paradigm, we three will lean towards making decisions about the plan of action and as a motivator for the group, but ultimately, it all depends on us, the players, and not on me, Heroist Alex, who leads you like puppets.
