The minimum goal of any organization that isn't fanatically evil (and doesn't have political goals) is to make money in a thriving country that needs workers, which is the situation we're in. In our case, this means fulfilling contracts, plus some additional mechanic in the form of production (stat productivity + Tiaraal vibes). Any character would be suitable for such an organization.
Any character would fit here, even if it were a trading company, for example, or a corporation. But not a military company that freely hires slave owners. However, the argument about using slave labor is enough to make even other characters not want to deal with a corporation. I've already pointed out ambiguous aspects of working with mercenaries, which you completely ignored. In fact, you haven't written anything new here; it's all the same old "We're mercenaries. We do mercenary work. We hire anyone." With this approach, I prefer Revan's proposed option. At least there, everything is specific and clear, rather than these vague mercenaries in a vacuum.
