I just find it difficult to understand what could be more clearly defined that would eliminate the existing concepts. Although, if the character Siva wasn't a slave, I could already imagine it.

An organization that accepts certain types of assignments and types of characters may deter another type of character. For example, if an organization hires open slave owners (or is even run by them), black mages, and demonologists, how would you justify an Artherian working for such people?
