Wind of Change

In my opinion, the proposal from the Polish delegation is quite reasonable and, in theory, not too difficult to implement. As for Wojciech, he's once again getting carried away with some obscure ideas, and it's very difficult to predict in advance whether his ideas will improve or worsen the situation.
