A question arose: if the Anarchy template is selected, which checkboxes should be checked? Previously, we simply disabled Tournament Rules.

The checkboxes are the same as indicated in the first post of the topic, only the "Tournament Rules" (HW rules) flag is removed.

How will Diplomacy work with the Anarchy template?

Without the "Tournament Rules" flag, the fully original mechanics apply.

It's all described here – changes that begin with "*" are disabled if the "Tournament Rules" flag is not set.
