Wind of Change

Increasing the price of the University and buying magic is not the solution. Globally, it won't change anything, it will only increase the importance of gold and slow down the pace. But often there will be situations where someone has taken a Naga Bank or a Utopia and stocked up, while someone else can't because they didn't get enough money-generating structures. Something needs to change fundamentally.
