In the first version, I almost completed the game with the hero; I'm currently struggling with Kahn.
After the first unsuccessful attempt, I chose a different development path, maximizing the number of archers I kept in the first battle

and immediately transferred them to Zehir.
All the experience from the map in the first month went to Zehir. I managed to defeat the Staff of the Underworld against a hundred Necrodrakes

and visit two Silanna trees

. As a result, two turns before Shadowear attacked the Castle, I obtained СА and teleported to the city to defend, thanks to the portal I received.
The battle was difficult, and I couldn't adequately reduce the enemy's forces in the end due to the counter-spell, which I couldn't remove with anyone

.
After this victory, I completed the prophet's quest, went to the sea, took Utopia, and gathered a half-set of undead. I barely defeated the Necromancer, but in the last attempt, I lost only thirty mages, which I couldn't reduce

. I obtained Aranthir and planned to make an excursion into the yellow territory, but a couple of enemies arrived almost immediately after the Necromancer. As a result, Aranthir remained in Sanctuary behind the outer garrison, and Zehir continued to defend.
The first demon was difficult; I won mainly due to the minions' hit points, which helped me survive his initial attack, after which I prolonged the battle and more or less reduced the enemy's forces

. For the second, I had to buy griffins as fodder, but it turned out to be very easy compared to the first, and I defeated it without much trouble

.
Meanwhile, Aranthir had a good run through the yellow lands, taking almost all the dwellings, which significantly weakened Isklikt's army. However, this didn't really matter; the battle with her was the easiest of all

.
Next was Pyrrhus; well, the djinns with the mini-art for magic resistance say hello to his spells

.
And the last of those I've killed so far, Udo – a strong enemy, the strategy is still the same: survive until Zehir casts his spells, then reduce the enemy's forces

. Unfortunately, I couldn't resurrect an entire stack of 700 archers; I didn't lose anyone else. However, this doesn't really matter, because in the battle with Kahn, all troops without magic resistance minions die from the first spell and a couple of waves. I haven't managed to kill him yet, but I don't have the strength to try again.
A great map, what can I say? Compared to the rather dull (in my opinion) Necromancer gameplay from the previous one. The old, good hardcore, on the verge of being impossible, a huge pleasure to play:smile54:.
A couple of comments:
As mentioned regarding the battle with Udo, you can directly teleport troops using a script, instead of deleting/creating new ones, which causes the loss of minions and the starting bonus from the gnome set.
The balance of enemies is quite normal, except for the first one, in my opinion; it's too complex for the first one: counter-spell, a huge chance of evasion, a lot of meat, with which it is impossible to compete at this stage. Logically, it's designed to be killed by a mage, taking into account the evasion, and a summoner. Or maybe it's just me having problems, but I didn't find any options other than defeating him with a fully upgraded Zehir. Frida, with the same level of upgrade, was defeated without a chance; you can, of course, trick the general, but the machines are frankly weak against such meat, and the subordinate/berserker needs luck to survive (if you don't lose all the mana with one turn of imps). Of course, there is already a version with fixes, but in my opinion, the first one is also quite balanced, just slightly change the first demon, or add a guaranteed Staff of Sar-Iss, or swap it with the Necromancer.
P.s. The spoiler about the final battle is too obvious; I remember the video from the finale of Ice and Fire very well.
P.p.s. I might have confused the replays of Ir-something demons:D
