MMH5.5 - Heroes of Might and Magic 5.5

A micromod to ban those adventure spells that are not used by the AI in Eternal Essence and MMH5.5 (Summon Creature and Dimension Door). Barbarians are also prohibited from buying the corresponding artifacts (the AI will no longer spend money and resources on them).
