[ТУРНИР-SoD] Тест Fresh Mod

I like the changes in HotA because they aren't barbaric. The changes in FM were made more for testing the balance; they hardly claim to be a complete rebalancing of the game right now, as some of the decisions look very questionable. But on the other hand, this is at least some progress for SoD, which is better than nothing at all.
