Well, I wouldn't say that; the army remained intact in the mercury mine. I only put up 5 skeletons for the fight against Azran. In general, if half the army is supposed to disappear anyway, it would be good to fix this exploit.

No, it still crashes. I killed Zoltan through the console, and there was no crash on the next turn. When the computer hired him, it started crashing again. I don't know what's causing it, but I had to use the console to prevent the AI from hiring him; otherwise, it's simply impossible to play.
