What would you change in Heroes of Might and Magic IV?

Ah... Heroes of Might and Magic IV is a great game, interesting and non-linear, and there isn't much that needs to be fixed on a global scale. Perhaps removing the elf-negroes, improving the phoenixes' graphics, and making the monsters more furry and scary... but these are all minor things. However, unfortunately, Heroes of Might and Magic IV has one major drawback: a huge number of small and not-so-small bugs. Some things can be attributed to clever tricks, and some to the experience of playing the game, but such obvious bugs, like obtaining a huge army from a small one by transferring icons, are unacceptable. This is very disappointing:(
And it's a pity that the Equilibrium mod, which significantly changed the game, didn't focus on eliminating these "shortcomings"...
Of course, one can talk about the rushed release of the game, the small budget... but this is not an excuse...
I would really like to fix this drawback of Heroes of Might and Magic IV:(
