Nebos, but can potions be consumed, or is there a chance they'll be detected? If some of them are currently unarmed, does that mean they'll need a turn to pick up a weapon?
We could try talking to them or intimidating them... But I'm not sure if that's the best solution. Although, fighting five is worse than fighting three.
I think we should attack while we have the initiative.
