The Control problem also involves artifacts: finding a Knight's Shield equals winning. I like the idea of reducing Control based on mana cost and movement points, as Lth suggested. I would add the introduction of 5th-level artifacts, where items like Wings, Knight's Shield, Crown of Wisdom, and Hat should be placed. Boots should be moved to Relics.
