So, the arrow icon is already good in the original, and it's perfectly fine to use it for "Livny." "Gliba" is also good. But "Shipy" is no longer ideal. I'm playing NHF and trying out different heroes. One of them has Ergar. A logistics specialist, to put it mildly. I foolishly gave him extra expertise. I didn't immediately notice that the specialist skill of the female hero Argat is being used. I struggled with him – he circles the city in a day. And the map is designed so that it should be done in three days. As a result, he goes "out into the world" without spells. And if he waits a bit, he gets additional +7 attack bonuses. Or even without them, if he takes "Pathfinding" at the first level.
I understand your desire to reward logistics in battle. I'm the same – if I'm given logistics, I take it. If there's a hero specializing in logistics, I take him. They used to shout "Haggesh-Haggesh." But no way – Argat! Argat and no one else! But 10-20-30 is too much. Logistics specialists already have more advantages on the map than those with slower movement.
