NCF – Extended list of Neutral creatures.

So, these are the problems of those who define the NCF ranges for creatures. The order of IDs doesn't sort creatures by level, strength, or anything else, and even without these "horses and cars," a map creator will still encounter the aforementioned issue... unless they have IDs 190 and 191. But do they exist? Or where are they? Another thing is, if you need to add a creature, you can take a higher, free ID to avoid conflicts. However, currently, there are conflicts with creatures that can't be downloaded because the links are broken, the authors have abandoned them, or something else. In any case, if needed, you can fix the text in 4 places, and that's it – new IDs instead of 190 and 191.
