Interesting game, a few fights with mains, a ton of stupidity, and a victory. Thanks for the game.

I picked Winrael planning for summon with mist and lights + storm. Home gave regen, and with lights I shaved — in 27 levels, the needed base was never offered. The respawn is a huge corridor, adjacent zones are extremely poor, and it never dropped summon rings anywhere. I somehow built druids, upgraded them after trading at the market, and on the second week fought into the center through a simple portal. I messed up, spent 3 days and all the flies. I started hitting portals looking for treasure and trying to catch lights anyway, on the 3rd week the simultaneous turn broke and I popped out onto the human, blocking his way home. Iris attacked, we traded 40 griffins, all the archers, and 30 monks for two oaks, all the elves, almost all the druids, and all the flies. I wasn't ready to assault the town with the human's leftover meat, got wiped against Iris at the castle at home, and ran off to find treasure and recover. The treasure dropped very poor on sand — a mini-Temple with a ring +20 initiative and armor of the forgotten behind fierce guard, 1 minimal witch pillar, and an artifact shop behind titans. I had to go chase the human home and look for a second treasure. In the process, I got one more fight, forced to flee because I didn't have enough gold for the buyback. On the 5th week, I found a second half-eaten treasure, much richer. I quickly grabbed the tome of chaos and flew home because the human was already running to take the town. Unfortunately, I forgot the scout hero who was staying at home and got caught in the field by the human with superior stats — the druids died before the first cast, and I didn't manage to flood the human with chaos.
