The sky, if that comforts you even a little (which is highly unlikely), is that this is normal HERE. I'm almost certain that every guy has the same situation. Interestingly, last year, DEPUTIES, using their own money, built a playground in my yard where children gather during the day and drunks gather at night. Not that there weren't any before, but now there are even more. No one asked me, as a resident of the building, if I wanted this crap or not.
My windows face a bus stop and one of the largest markets in the city. And if the roar of cars, occasionally passing by with loud speakers and bass-heavy music, can be tolerated, then the shouting of Armenians and drunks under my window, buying "the last bottle for tonight" (every half hour, and it's always the same ones), in a kiosk right under my window, makes me want to shoot them all with a rifle.
