Sacred Haven of Debauchery

Sky, if that makes you feel any better (though it probably won't) - HERE, this is normal. I'm almost certain that every homeowner faces the same situation.
Interestingly, last year, DEPUTIES, using their own money, built a children's playground in my yard, where kids gather during the day and drunks at night. Not that there weren't any before, but now there are even more. Of course, no one asked me, as a resident of the building, if I wanted this thing or not.
