The ninth stage of the Kanigem Tournaments

I would like to clarify. General ZeT was disqualified for that post where he wrote about which opponent he defeated first, etc., but he didn't write any tactics, days, or about any difficult battles, or was there something else? If there wasn't, then I can't imagine where the organizers saw any discussion.

I understand myself, but these are the rules. Any discussion is punishable. General Zet wrote a walkthrough, albeit not very detailed, but still, he posted it after the tournament, not during. Besides, we received letters from other tournament participants asking us to consider this incident.
We understand that this was an accident, but these are the rules; if we don't follow them, what's the point of having them? If we show weakness now, there may be sabotage of tournaments in the future, and since it is difficult to determine who is doing it intentionally and who is not, we must show by example that any violations will be punished. It was not easy for us to make this decision, but there are no other options. We made this decision after discussing it with other organizers.
