NCF – Extended list of Neutral creatures.

We need to create more packs; all the creatures in this English-language version and on http://psatkha.narod.ru/ncf_psatkha.html are made using packs.

In essence, the editor seems to be sensitive to the extension and location, so it's best to use the .pak extension in the data folder!
