Sacred Haven of Debauchery

This evening, I was walking down the street and saw a hot air balloon high in the sky. I followed it, but I lost sight of it because there were trees on the street, and it was almost hidden behind them. When I saw it again, it was surprisingly low over a residential area. I actually thought that something went wrong with the balloonists, and the burner they used to heat the air in the balloon to make it rise was not working properly, with intermittent operation. The wind was carrying the balloon towards a row of five-story buildings, and it wasn't rising very quickly. I even considered the possibility that it might crash into a house. But it eventually rose. I continued to follow it throughout the neighborhood. When it was hovering over the residential area, it felt like they were actually going to land. I've never seen a hot air balloon so close before. In fact, I saw a hot air balloon in real life for the first time recently.
