I've already tried it. If you simply unpack these files into UserMODs, nothing will change. However, if you replace "RU" with "EN" in the file names and delete the previous files with the same name, Russian text will appear in the campaigns, but the sound will disappear, and this breaks the cutscenes (they simply don't progress past the first line).
